  • Donna Baxter, originally from Johnstown, PA, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Media. She received her Master’s degree in Education and Instructional Technology from American Intercontinental University Online in 2005. She was recently nominated as one of the New Pittsburgh Courier’s “50 Women of Influence”. She has a strong and in-depth background in graphic and web design.
  • Currently Baxter aka the “Soul Sis” is the founder, owner and web developer of the award winning Soul Pitt, a Pittsburgh online community for African Americans.
