Due to the amount of time involved in making up custom proofs or designs combined with the number of instances when the work never materializes into an order, we have been forced to set up a means of covering our expenses for this type of work. Before we can proceed with any design work, we will require a deposit or retainer be posted for us to charge time and materials against until such time as the order is finalized and goes to production or is canceled by either party.
